On your first visit I will carry out an assessment which includes finding out about you, the type of exercise you do and the reason for treatment. I take a full medical history and then do a postural assessment. From this I can decide on which treatments are needed and proceed with the correct treatment. The initial session can be from 1 - 1 hour 30 minutes.

To avoid injury or re-injury I offer treatment plans which include regular sports massage treatments and exercise programs, regular re-assessments to improve flexibility and prevent further muscle imbalances.
