What to expect from a PT session

I offer 1-1 training for you, the individual. Personal fitness and lifestyle training with me will motivate you to meet your chosen achievable, realistic goals. The training I offer will support the physical and mental health through exercise, nutrition and positive energy for your personal lifestyle. Over 12 weeks you will feel happier, healthier and have more energy to get through daily life whatever it may bring.

 

Whatever your goals are from being able to walk pain free to running pain free or just even managing the activities of daily living I can help. Sessions start easy depending on your current ability and progress through resistance training, core training and cardio fitness training. Not one workout is ever the same. Every workout is safe and fun and
can be from 45 minutes to an hour at a time. I can train you in your own home or out in the open space.

 

Initially we discuss your potential goals and the first session is a trial for us both. We will go through and complete a personalised health questionnaire, you will tell me all about yourself and what you would like to achieve. Each program last for 4 weeks with me training you once or twice a week and self-training in between. At the end of each 4 weeks we progress and change the plan, keeping it fun and motivated. Part of your package will include advice on nutrition and motivational encouragement.

 

Life is busy and can sometimes get in the way of things we want to do for ourselves. My personal training is adaptable enough to fit around your changing life. I am always happy to discuss the correct package for you.
