Prices reflect my professional expertise, experience and commitment to helping you achieve your goals. Time and money invested in your own health is well spent and will help you to be as pain free and active as you can be. That’s got to be worth it!

Back Massage

  • Sports Massage/Therapy £40 per hour £25 for 30 minutes

Prices

  • Sports Massage / Therapy: £50 per hour or £30 for 30 mins

  • Mobile Sports Massage / Therapy: £60 per hour 

  •  Athletic taping: £10 - £15 per session

  • Personal Fitness and Lifestyle Training: Packages and prices vary based on the individual goals, please contact me to discuss further.

When can you book me?

I am available as shown below, so send me a message and book an appointment using the booking form below

Mondays 8.30am – 5.30pm

Tuesdays 8.30am – 6.30pm

Wednesdays 10am – 7pm

Thursdays 8am – 2pm

Fridays 8.30am - 12pm
